About
I've spent 27+ years at the intersection of engineering, AI, and enterprise transformation — leading programs that change how global organizations operate, decide, and compete.
Founder DNA
I build ventures from zero. Today, I'm building Nuvear — a HealthTech venture creating a longitudinal health identity layer for cross-provider continuity, powered by AI and designed with privacy-first principles. Before this, I founded AAGNAA — an IoT/AR-VR retail startup where I raised $700K, secured patents, and pioneered real-time personalization.
Strategic Leadership
My strategic thinking was sharpened at Stanford GSB (SEP) and MIT (COO Program) — immersions that reinforced my conviction that the best leaders navigate global systems, not just manage local teams. I believe Enterprise AI Transformation is not a technology program — it is a business transformation that rewires how decisions are made and how organizations compete.
Enterprise Scale
At Capgemini Engineering, I led a €160M portfolio across APAC and Japan — 320+ projects, 35.4% profit margins, and sustained client satisfaction of 4.5/5. I drove the post-acquisition integration of Altran Engineering, led an efficiency pod introducing AI for predictive maintenance, and expanded digital engineering into aerospace, healthcare, and heavy industries in Japan.
Experience
Building the health identity layer the system is missing.
Nuvear is a HealthTech venture creating a longitudinal patient identity platform that gives individuals continuity across providers — and gives healthcare systems the intelligence to deliver connected, AI-enabled care.
◆ Architecting the strategic vision, product roadmap, and go-to-market for a privacy-first health data layer designed for cross-provider interoperability. ◆ Designing consent and data-sharing frameworks with auditability, traceability, and minimum-necessary access as foundational principles. ◆ Evaluating and assembling the AI/ML technology stack for patient support, connected care, and IoMT integration.
The healthcare system doesn't have a data problem — it has a continuity problem.
Led the APAC engineering delivery organization — owning P&L, client strategy, and governance for the region's portfolio.
◆ Directed a €160M revenue portfolio of 320+ projects at 35.4% profit margin with sustained client satisfaction of 4.5/5. ◆ Drove the post-acquisition integration of Altran Engineering into Capgemini — redesigning bid, delivery, risk, and governance processes across APAC. ◆ Led an efficiency pod introducing AI for predictive maintenance across the APAC portfolio. ◆ Established robust project management frameworks, governance standards, and tooling for streamlined delivery and continuous improvement.
Career progression: Head of Global Program Office APAC (2022–2023) → Head of Delivery APAC (2024–2025)
Built the digital engineering business in Japan from the ground up — growing revenue to €20M+ within 3 years through consultative selling and deep client relationships.
◆ Assembled and scaled the engineering team from scratch; established Capgemini Engineering as a trusted partner in the Japanese market. ◆ Partnered with clients across the Toyota ecosystem, MHI, Hitachi, and healthcare OEMs on enterprise PLM, MES, and IIoT programs. ◆ Advanced MBSE for autonomous and connected vehicle programs. ◆ Led cybersecurity audit programs aligned to Japan's Society 5.0 national strategy.
Promoted to Senior Director, Head of Global Program Office APAC (Jun 2021) — managed the APAC portfolio from Japan before relocating to Singapore in early 2022.
Pioneered a venture at the intersection of IoT, augmented reality, and retail analytics — from concept through $700K in angel funding to product-market execution.
◆ Built immersive shopping experiences bridging physical and digital retail for traditional apparel markets across Singapore and India. ◆ Secured patents for novel digitization techniques; established R&D partnerships with leading research institutions. ◆ Developed real-time data collection and analytics platform to personalize customer journeys and increase basket size.
Orchestrated a strategic co-innovation partnership between HCL and Eli Lilly — building a model where technology and pharma R&D operated as one team.
◆ Delivered 42 proof-of-value initiatives; transitioned 9 to production in 18 months. Won 'Best Project Award' from Lilly senior executives. ◆ Designed the governance and innovation framework: ideation → incubation → production handoff. ◆ Built solutions across SMAC (Social, Mobility, Analytics, Cloud) to improve pharmaceutical operations and clinical decision support.
