A little about me

How I approach leadership.

Leadership, for me, means connecting a clear direction with the everyday work of a team—and taking responsibility for the decisions and outcomes along the way.

Over 27 years, I’ve led teams in different capacities across engineering, client delivery, regional portfolios, and venture building. That work has involved bringing people from different disciplines and cultures together, navigating change, and turning plans into shared progress. The contribution of colleagues and clients across Japan and APAC, alongside my studies at Stanford and MIT, continues to shape how I lead.
